Description
Description: Chinese porcelain water pot of beehive form, covered with a “Clair de Lune” glaze. There are the so-called “Pig bristle” holes both on the Clair de lune glaze and on the white glaze of the base.
Dating: The water pot is safely dated to the 19th century, although bearing the underglaze Kangxi mark and showing the “Pig bristles” holes and the smooth white paste, all typical of the 18th century.
Size: 6.6 cm diameter
