Description
Description: Chinese porcelain deep, white bowl not decorated outside. This particular type of bowl is only decorated at the bottom. The beauty of the plain outside resides in the elegant shape and the type of glaze. It is worth to note that the inner glaze of this bowl differs from that of the outside. While the glaze on the outside is pure white and has a nice fat feeling, with matte surface, the glaze of the inner side is bluish and shiny, overlapping the outside glaze at the rim. This led us to think that the outer appearance of the bowl has been matter of deliberate choices in order to make it attractive.
