Notes:  This vase has been found in severely damaged conditions, at a street market, for a low price (5 euro). A rubbish, to the eyes of many collectors. Because of its quality, which is very high, we thought worth to have it transformed into a lamp, as we did, see last picture. The vase is shown here with the scope of contrasting the opinion that items are collectables only if in perfect conditions. Damages are, objectively, part of the history of a piece. Should not be worth to be preserved, studied, visited, an old castle if it is partly ruined?
