Description
Description: Chinese agate snuff bottle of light color with a mottled green and brown skin, from which a saddled horse under a willow is carved out. The clouds over the willow are carved out in the light-colored body. Interesting, a series of natural brown spots of the agate are perfectly framing the scene.
Foot/base: Round foot and flat recessed base.
Mark:
Dating: Late 19th century or later.
Material: Agate
Size: 63 mm high
Stopper: Agate stopper black glass collar and bone spoon.
Provenance: Antiquarian market
