Description
Description: Chinese white jadeite snuff bottle of flattened rectangular form. This very small bottle has a separate bottom/base. The reason for that is not clear, it could be because of a damage occurred during the carving, in which case, because of its precious material, it is not surprising that the bottle was not discarded. In fact the quality of the jade of this bottle, with an evident unctuous tactile feeling, is of a very sought-after type.
Foot/base: A single piece, plugged in, round protruding foot and small oval concave base.
